Hair Products [ December 22,2009 at 12 am] beauty101 [letthingsfall] Okay ladies and gents I bought two new products today and haven't used either of them yet, so I was wondering what you all think about them if you've used them. I bought in(fus)ium 23 shampoo and conditioner in the (colour)ologie and then I also bought the nourishing coconut milk anti-breakage serum.  So did I waste my money or are these good products? ♥♥ write

GOOD mascara? [ December 21,2009 at 10 pm] beauty101 [mymishka] I  was wondering, is there any mascara that doesn't actually clump. Most advertise that they DON'T but they end up clumping ANYWAY. I have really long eyelashes but they're not too full, so im looking for some volume as well.  I used Maybelline back when i didnt care much, but now i want something better. Also, i don't want to have to keep on putting mascara during the day, because that's annoying. Nars Orgasm blush - too orangey? [ December 21,2009 at 9 pm] beauty101 [piperki] [ music | Patapan (Woody Phillips) ] I ordered some Nars Orgasm blush from Sephora because it gets such great reviews, it's the perfect color etc. So...tried it on in the bathroom mirror and I'm wondering if it's maybe too orange? I am pale with yellow/gold undertones but pink cheeks, and at least in my bathroom this looks orange. I will try it again tomorrow in daylight, but I'm just wondering if anyone else can comment. Everyday Minerals [ December 21,2009 at 10 pm] beauty101 [saint_androgyny] I've considered trying Everyday Minerals here and there but always end up going for a liquid foundation. After trying Lorac a few weeks ago as a last-minute impulse for a foundation for a job interview, I've decided I want to try EM, as it looks like it might be pale enough for me. I remember going to their site a few years ago, and they had an option to create a kit with 3 foundation shades, a concealer, blush, and finishing powder, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Instead, they have five dollar kits for foundations and $2.50 samples for everything else. Right now, my skin is red after getting off Accutane a few months and and I still have scars. So, I need a foundation that is light to match my skin tone but will cover up redness. Although I've decided to try the light foundation kit, what about other products? Are their concealers worthwhile? What sort of blush shades are good for someone who is pale? Also, I remember them having a silk powder but they don't carry that product anymore. Instead, it's a choice between a standard finishing powder with zhea mays or a kaolin (French clay) based powder. Has anyone tried the kaolin powder and what do you think of it? For someone who might break out from cornstarch, in Kaolin a good alternative? read ♥♥ [1] ♥♥ write
